A refundable caution fee of 20,000 FCFA is required for all event bookings. Long stay discounts are available and negotiable. Guests are expected to maintain the property in good condition throughout their stay. Free pick-up and drop-off from the airport or bus station is available for long stay guests. Check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. Management reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund in the event of misconduct or damage to the property.
