The Goldman Trust Group Ltd – Booking Terms & Policies
These Terms & Policies apply to all property and vehicle bookings made through The Goldman Trust Group Ltd and are governed by applicable laws of the Republic of Cameroon, together with generally accepted international commercial practices.
Amendments & Governing Law
• The Goldman Trust Group Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Policies at any time.
• Updated terms apply to new bookings immediately and to existing bookings where legally permissible.
• These Terms & Policies are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
Booking & Confirmation
• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of request.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment or an agreed deposit (where applicable) has been received.
• The Goldman Trust Group Ltd reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking where required by law, regulation, or operational constraints.
Payment
• Payments must be made using the approved payment methods displayed on our platform.
• Full payment may be required prior to property check-in or vehicle pickup.
• Prices may be adjusted from time to time; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes.
Cancellations & Refunds
• Bookings cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the booking date, or failure to show up, may result in partial or total forfeiture of the booking fee.
• Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7 business days from the date the cancellation is confirmed.
• Any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion costs remain the responsibility of the client.
Check-in / Check-out & Vehicle Pickup / Return
• Property check-in: 12:00 noon
• Property check-out: 12:00 noon
• Vehicle pickup and return: 12:00 noon, unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of booking.
• Early check-in, late check-out, or extended vehicle use is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Use of Properties & Vehicles
• Properties and vehicles must be used strictly for lawful purposes.
• Subletting, illegal activities, misuse, or intentional damage to any property or vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Clients are fully responsible for the condition of the property or vehicle during the booking period and may be held liable for any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Liability & Risk
• The Goldman Trust Group Ltd shall not be held liable for personal injury, accidents, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings occurring during a property stay or vehicle use, except where required by applicable law.
• Clients are advised to take reasonable precautions and obtain personal insurance where necessary.
Privacy & Data Protection
• All personal information provided by clients is treated as confidential and used solely for booking, verification, and communication purposes.
• We comply with applicable data protection laws in Cameroon and relevant international standards.
• Client information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary to complete a booking.
